Refund Policy

Your consultation fee (R 750,00) is fully refundable if our doctors determine that peptide therapy is not appropriate for you.

Refunds for rejected consultations are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method. You will be notified by email when the refund is initiated.

Once a prescription peptide order has been dispensed and signed out for shipping, it cannot be refunded due to the nature of compounded pharmaceutical products and cold chain integrity requirements. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard.
• Cancellation requires 72 hours notice before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period after cancellation.
• Medications already dispensed and in transit cannot be recalled or refunded.
