By accessing or using the PepUp Peptides platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

PepUp Peptides is a technology platform that facilitates access to independent registered South African medical practitioners. The platform does not provide medical services directly. All clinical decisions are made by independent licensed practitioners.

Certain peptide products require a valid prescription. These products will only be dispensed following a successful consultation and approval by a registered practitioner or with a valid prescription provided. Attempting to circumvent the prescription process is prohibited.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by PayStack. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method.

Subscription programmes renew automatically on a monthly basis at the locked-in rate. You may cancel at any time with 72 hours notice before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for the current billing period after cancellation.

PepUp (Pty) Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for clinical decisions made by independent practitioners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Western Cape High Court.
